Services and Conditions
- From €100 per night in a spacious apartment – Prices are based on occupancy by two people and a minimum stay of 4 days. For each additional person, we charge a supplement of €10 per day.
- The local tax is charged per guest per night and amounts to €2. Children under 14 years are exempt from this fee. The local tax is not included in the stated price and can only be paid in cash on site.
- We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments. Smoking is not permitted in any of our holiday apartments.

South Tyrol Guest Pass
- Our guests receive our guest card free of charge. With it, they can use many offers in the area at reduced prices or even for free.
- Everything from renting an e-bike at a discounted price to free bowling, tennis, admission to various local museums, and even free golfing on the driving range is included.
For Families
- Upon request, we provide a crib and high chair for your toddler.
- In our small farm library, you will find a large selection of hiking and tour suggestions, children's books, and board games.
- For our little guests, there is a great playground and plenty of space to romp around.
Additional Comfort
- We have set up a cozy common room for you to socialize, play cards, or enjoy a good glass of wine!
- Help yourself to fresh herbs from the herb garden, depending on the season.
- We provide towels of various sizes for each person, which can be changed as needed.
Active Holiday
- We rent out mountain bikes, hiking poles, and snowshoes.
- You can, of course, store your own bicycles with us.
- Hike or bike directly from the farm to our own Schönrastalm.
- Gain insight into farm life – experience rural everyday life up close during stable visits.

- Our bread roll service provides you with fresh pastries daily.

- We offer an intermediate cleaning upon request.
- We’d be happy to pick you up from the nearest train or bus station.
- A snack basket with farm-made products can be prepared for you.

With a deposit of €100, the apartment is reserved for you. The remaining amount can be transferred before the start of your holiday or paid on site. Please understand that in Italy, cash payments can only be accepted up to a total amount of €1,999. Unfortunately, we are not set up for payments with credit or debit cards.
On the day of arrival, you can move into your holiday apartment from 2:00 PM. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance.
Cancellations are very unpleasant for you and for us. However, should unforeseen circumstances arise, the following cancellation conditions apply according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations less than 10 days before the start of the holiday, 80% of the booking price will be charged.
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full booking price will be charged.

- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will be issued the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter referred to as Guest Pass), which is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure, according to the resolution of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government No. 732/2022.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the South Tyrol Mobility network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole South Tyrol-wide carrier of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as the unified coordination center on 16.11.2022 by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol (LTS) in accordance with the above-mentioned provincial government resolution. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass as well as the terms of use of the Guest Pass are determined by the third party entrusted with issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
